"Do me a favor, will you? Stop giving me the run around just like the rest of the world does. I am sick and tired of reaching for something, following all the directions, etc., etc., only to find out I can’t have it."

The saddest email I’ve received today…from an Internet Explorer user, frustrated that he couldn’t get Instapaper…installed. It’s a sad look into the everyday browsing life of a user who, for whatever reason, is exclusively using Internet Explorer in 2010. (via marco)
